Unity House Bowling Tournaments

Don't miss out on our exciting Cosmic Bowling event
on May 14, 2005.  Teams are to meet at Hickam Bowling 
Center no later than 4:00pm.  Games will begin at 5:00pm

Applications must be submitted in person by April 14, 2005 at 
1701 Ala Wai Blvd.  Cost is $75 per team ($15 per person) and
 includes 3 games, shoe rental and a snack.

Team Rules
*  Each team must have at least 1 male and 1 female member 
on their team, with a total of 5 members.
*  Each team will be allowed 2 guests.
*  Team prizes will be given for the top 8 places with handicaps.
*  Handicap is based on prior UH bowling tournaments.  If you 
are a new player, your handicap will be determined
based on this night's performance.
*  Tournament Coordinator shall decide other rules not covered here.
