*Rates are based on per person, double occupancy. Single occupancy available for an added fee. Participants may pick-up an application beginning March 1, atUNITY HOUSE, INC.  -- 1701 Ala Wai Blvd.

BOWLING -- 3 Days: Sam's Town Hotel & Bowling Center
